"Let’s start with my conclusion: The House on the Hill is possibly the best Kent restaurant that I have visited. |

"Harnessing his culinary expertise, passion for food and desire to see customers really enjoying themselves, owner/chef Andre Woodward creates food with a real ’wow’ factor." |
"The meal at the House on the Hill restaurant was a lovely treat for my Mother in law. The staff were very helpful and helped to make the meal even more enjoyable. The food was superb, we had the 3 course set lunch and everything was excellent. The food quality, quantity and presentation were as good as I have experienced at top restaurants in London and elsewhere. We will be going back, it is worth the 45 minute drive!" |

"House on the Hill Restaurant - Sevenoaks: It’s the combination of great food, enthusiastic service in a genuine pleasant atmosphere that makes this restaurant stand out from the rest." |
"I have been to House on the Hill a few times now and have been impressed with the way in which the menu evolves. Sometimes the food has been over-complicated with too many ingredients, but on last night’s visit the simplicity of using great food in different ways really shone through. Lamb (slices of rump on bed of sweet potato mash and individual shephards pie of leg) was really tasty, baked alaska to finish perfect to share. Great Chillean Sauv Blanc for 18 quid too. We’ll be back!" |

"The House on the Hill, Sevenoaks is really very smart and would not be out of place in Central London. The food was lovely - we had starters of the spiced belly of pork and gravadlax which were both very succulent, and the duck breast main was particularly good. The service was excellent and they had a good range of interesting background music. A real find for a special meal out." |
"My husband and I went to the House on the Hill in Sevenoaks for the first time last Friday night to celebrate my 30th birthday. The atmosphere was perfect, with the restaurant completely full by about 8.30pm. The food was to die for, and if there hadn’t of been so many other people there, I may have licked my plates clean!! The deserts are a must, so try to leave some room for them. We will most definately be back." |

"My parents and I took up the Sunday lunch offer at House on the Hill (Sevenoaks) today and were more than impressed. The restaurant was beautifully furnished and the manager was very attentive. The menu managed to offer inspiring traditional dishes - all our courses were exceptional. The experience was more like eating at a good restaurant in town." |

"Third time we have eaten at House on the Hill, Sevenoaks this year. The food is what you might expect in a top London restaurant and although it is not inexpensive, the quality makes it value for money and unlikely to disappoint on a special occasion. There are also special menus available at off peak times so it is possible to try the food for a reasonable price. Service is attentive and knowledgeable." |
"House on the Hill had very good reviews and a special offer, so I met a friend there for lunch. We did have a very good meal and were very happy with the look and style of the place, but we were the only customers on a Friday afternoon. Although they are just a little away from the center of town where there are many places to eat, it is worth walking the extra distance or taking advantage of 2 hour free parking in this part of town" |

"House on the Hill, Sevenoaks. Unlike in most restaurants, fish of the day was NOT some rip-off they’re trying to get rid of. It was beautifully cooked and very reasonably priced (£17.95) plaice with shrimps and clams. We also had belly pork, a speciality here, which remains a wonderful well-textured and full-flavoured dish. All served piping hot with plenty of veg. Complimentary puddings too thanks to booking with TopTable!" |
"House on the Hill is a lovely restaurant. The food and service were excellent and the value for money is also excellent." |
